Balanced aluminum fan-blade assembly for quiet operation. Sturdy metal frame, pre-assembled 1" x 3" wood frame. Includes automatic Seal-Tite white aluminum ceiling shutter, installation hardware, plenum boards, and easy-to-follow DIYer instructions.
