Steel base designed to solidly attach a square post to an exterior surface, it is screwed to the post from the bottom, then to the floor, then the side is tightened, to be used with 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" square posts, baked powder coating finish (anti-corrosion), it has a 2-3/4" high collar: the lower transom is at the building code regulation height.
