DESCRIPTION

OPTIX polymethyl methacrylate acrylic (PMMA) polymer is an amorphous thermoplastic polymeric material, which has superior clarity, exceptional weatherability and good chemical resistance. In addition, they offer unique coloring and blending capabilities. OPTIX is uniquely suited for many applications in optical, lighting, appliance, medical, automotive, house-wares, and building industries. In all of these applications, the OPTIX acrylic polymers are generally processed by injection molding, extrusion, co-extrusion, or compression molding technologies. Over 150 specialty/general grades of PMMA polymer available, any of which can be customized to meet the requirements of the most demanding applications.
