- It has good adhesion to brick, concrete and steel, and because of its ability to retain its pliability, this coating resists damage which may result from expansion and contraction caused by weather, temperature variations, and normal building vibrations
- Excellent material for surfacing most asphalt based or metal roofs
- It is recommended for resurfacing weathered asphalt roof surfaces
- Aged asphalt roof surfaces are rejuvenated as the coating penetrates the worn asphalt substrates helping to restore its original properties
- Not recommended for use with coal tar roofs
